Classic Gridley BBQ Sauces

  • A BBQ Sauce remade to match the original BBQ sauce used in Gridley’s restaurants back in the day. This sauce combines a sweet flavor with a hit of spice that keeps BBQ fans coming back for more.

  • A spicier version of our Classic Mild BBQ Sauce, this one packs a punch thanks to some additional spices.

Seasonings and Spices

  • This is the same seasoning used on Gridley’s famous BBQ shrimp back in the day! An attached recipe card tells you how to make the perfect recreation of Gridley’s BBQ Shrimp in your own home.

  • A new twist on the original BBQ dry rub that was used in the restaurants! A perfect companion for the grill, smoker, or anywhere good food can be made.

Jams and Spreads

  • Our family has always had a passion for spreads and preserves, and we’ve decided to make some of our family favorites such as Bourbon Peach and Strawberry Lemonade Marmalade available to you!

What we’re working on

Gridley’s famous bread

When we talk with folks that remember the old restaurants about what we’re trying to do, we almost always hear the same question: “When’s the bread coming back?”. Unfortunately, the original Gridley’s bread recipe was lost to time, but we’re working with some experienced family and friends to help get this classic available once again.

Gridley’s BBQ Bean Fixin’s

While we would love to offer a ready-to-eat version of Gridley’s famous BBQ baked beans, we’re still a ways off from getting this out for y’all. In the meantime, we’re close to the next best thing - a jar of fixin’s that can be added to your favorite can of baked beans to give them a flavor real close to what we served back in the day.

Heat and Eat dishes

In the future, we’d like to make some servings of dishes such as our original BBQ Shrimp, Seafood Gumbo, and some family dishes such as Chicken and Dressing to be made available in local stores. Make sure to check in to see what we have to offer in the coming months!
